Tony's terrain is quite extensive as his experience, skill and knowledge spans the world. Born and raised in Sacramento California he has spent his entire life with one foot on land and the other in water. Summers in Kona Hawaii, annual adventures to the Keys, Belize and the Yucatan; Tony gets around.
